SHIPPING POLICY – UNWRTHY YET CHOSEN
Pre-Order & Order Processing
Thank you for supporting UNWRTHY and being part of The First Chapter.
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of every release while reducing unnecessary overproduction, Book I Snapbacks are offered as a limited pre-order.
Pre-orders will remain open until the first production run reaches capacity. Once the production run is filled, all orders will be submitted to our manufacturing partner to begin production.
Manufacturing typically takes 4–6 weeks. After production is complete, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment via USPS or UPS.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and are typically shipped via DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped, UNWRTHY YET CHOSEN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
- USPS / UPS: File claims and locate packages directly with the carrier.
- DHL (International Orders): Handles package tracking, claims, and reimbursements.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country's customs agency. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
