REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – UNWORTHY + CHOSEN
Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders.
- Refunds are only granted if you receive an incorrect item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can only be made on Ready-To-Wear items—NO PRODUCT MARKED AS CUSTOM CAN BE EXCHANGED.
- Custom items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Exchanges are only accepted if you received the incorrect item.
Exchange Time Frame
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at Support@unwrthyyetchosen.com for confirmation and further instructions.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
Important Exchange Notes
- Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
