REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – UNWORTHY + CHOSEN


Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders.
  • Refunds are only granted if you receive an incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can only be made on Ready-To-Wear items—NO PRODUCT MARKED AS CUSTOM CAN BE EXCHANGED.
  • Custom items are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if you received the incorrect item.

Exchange Time Frame

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at Support@unwrthyyetchosen.com for confirmation and further instructions.
  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Important Exchange Notes

  • Do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
